INTRODUCTION
the agreement is between the artist (me) and the client (you), with the purpose of working on the art commission, which will be the project that will be carried out.
GENERAL
as soon as the payment (or part of the payment) has been made, it shall be assumed that the customer has read and accepted the terms and conditions.
changes and modifications can be requested ONLY IN THE SKETCH.
if at the end of the commission modifications are needed, extra money could be charged (unless it was my mistake).

PAYMENT
payment is upfront or by 50/50 split payments (half will be charged at the beginning and the other half will be charged at the end).
if you charge back the order during the commission process, you'll no longer have the right to keep the artwork!
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
i usually start working on the orders the day after I take them, depending on the work's complexity, it'll take me between 1 and 2 weeks to finish it. (remember that if you want to set a deadline, a 25% fee will be added.)
